For returning any goods to us, the following terms have to be meet.

1. Advance correspondence and authorization from us to return your goods is required .

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Copy of correspondence, order number and customer's detail related to the goods  required to be included with return item.

4. Return for replacement policy is offered for any manufacturer faulty M3 and G6 product purchased from us within the last 6months, and it will be retun to us at your own cost. We will send out a replacement within 5 working days of receiving your return. 

5. Return for refund policy is offered to any product which purchased from us from the last 2 weeks. No question will be asked, But you will be reliable to all shipping cost on both side. We do not offer return for refund policy for any order longer than 2 weeks.

6. You can cancell your order at anytime before receiving your goods, the consequency is you will be reliable to all shipping cost occur if your goods has been shipped out by the time you file in your cancellation ticket.
